- Good tester take the customer’s point of view. he should be tactful and diplomatic.
- He should have a “test to break” attitude, a strong desire for quality, an attention to detail, and good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Previous s/w development experience is also helpful, as it provides a deeper understanding of the s/w development process.
